Toyota Land Cruiser for sale, interesting offer a used Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60 coming with reasonable price, only $6000 located in Washington. As shown here is 1986 model year still with the original engine it has been driven about 191000 miles reportedly fair condition overall. The owner says it has a few upgrade of parts but also has a couple issues as usual there on a used car. Seems to be a lot potential example as a perfect bone to restored.

Update 11/15: Dropped price from 6500. Snow in the mountains in the forecast this week. Perfect truck for snowboard/ski trips, or just enjoying the mountains!
Selling my trusty Landcruiser. If you're looking at this ad, I imagine you're aware of how great these trucks are offroad. It has the original 2F engine and 4spd manual transmission. 4WD hi/low works as it should. In low range, this thing is unstoppable. The rear seats fold totally flat, and there's plenty of room to camp/sleep in it. It even has a rear heater. I've owned it nearly two years, and in that time, have done several upgrades and replaced many worn/failed parts. It's pretty well good to go for a long time. The A/C even works. Only reason I'm selling it is because I've recently purchased a different one, and don't need two.
New/replaced/upgraded parts:
- Old Man Emu (ARB) lift
- Old Man Emu steering damper (new, installed about a month ago)
- Bilstein 5100 shocks (new, installed about a month ago)
- Front brake calipers, pads, and master cylinder (new, all installed about two months ago)
- Alternator (reman, installed about six months ago)
- Starter (reman, installed about a year ago)
- Full cooling system was replaced about six months ago, featuring a high performance aluminum radiator, waterpump, thermostat, radiator hoses, and coolant. (It runs cool, below half on the temp gauge, even when cruising trails at 5mph in 90° weather.)
- Fuel filter and air filter replaced about 6 months ago
- Air cleaner to carb gasket/o-ring replaced about 6 months ago
- Saginaw (GM) power steering upgrade with new high pressure hose (easier and much cheaper to find than OEM components, and provides extra boost for lighter steering)
- Kenwood CD player deck with AUX/USB ports and bluetooth
- Rockford Fosgate speakers
- Full length roof rack with provisions to install a shovel/axe/hi-lift.
- De-smog (This removes a ton of failure-prone solenoids/emissions control devices that can render the truck immobile if they fail while you're driving it. Also gets rid of a ton of vacuum lines)
- OEM Toyota choke cable and knob replaced about 6 months ago
- Power steering, A/C, and alternator belts all replaced within last 6 months.
- Battery was replaced with a new one from Interstate about 6 months ago.
- The previous owner had the seats reupholstered in a dark brown cloth. They're in good shape and look much much better than the normal off yellow striped upholstry these trucks came with.
- Brown carpet Dash-mat
There are a couple issues with the truck, as to be expected with most any vechicle that's 30 years old. It has it's fair share of bumps and bruises. The paint is missing most of the clear coat. There are a couple rust spots. It's in pretty good shape rust-wise compared to a lot of 60/62s I've seen, but there is one hole at the bottom of the quarter panel, and a couple spots on the hatch (this could easily be fixed by installing a new hatch). I attached a photo that shows the few rusty spots. Under heavy load at low RPM the truck sometimes has a hiccup. It instantly recovers from it, but it's kind of annoying. Doesn't do it all the time, but it happens once in a while. The dash has cracks (almost all of them do). I installed a dashmat, keeps sun glare down, and I think it's a nice period correct touch (that hides the cracks too). Ebrake doesn't work. The cables move at the back axle, so might just need to be adjusted. I never got around to fixing it. I just leave it in gear when parked.
All in all, it's been a great truck and has never let me down or left me stranded. Hopefully someone eles can enjoy it as much as I have. Looking to get $6000 obo. I'm willing to flex on the price a bit if I keep the roof rack.
The ARB bumper, wheels, and accessories on the rack in the first couple photos will not be included. The truck is now sitting on a set of full face silver multipiece wheels from Japan with 31x10.5 A/T tires.
